What's a Chinese New Year celebration without a proper Lou Sang?
When the plate came out, the energy in the room shifted instantly. Everyone leaned in, chopsticks ready, and the shouts of "lou hei" filled the air as we tossed the ingredients higher and higher, each toss carrying wishes for prosperity, good health, and an even better year ahead.
There's something about this tradition that no corporate activity can replicate. It's loud, it's messy, it's joyful and somehow it brings everyone together in the most natural way. No script, no formality. Just people who genuinely want good things for each other, tossing their hopes into the air at the same time.
