Business License

While setting up business at a new location, the most basic requirements from government was business license, but most of the enterprenuers doesn't know the procedure of application and what documents should be prepared and required to completed the application in order to obtain business license. Operating without a valid MBPG license is an offence and can lead to fines and other enforcement action by the council.

Signboard License

Signboard License is always required to be apply while getting business license. Before apply the signboard license from local council, its shall be certified by Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP). Lots of people will input the different name with their SSM on signboard or words that in others language from Bahasa Melayu, this shall be rejected by DBP. Once DBP is rejected, the signboard license shall be facing problem for the application.

Fosim

In food and beverages industry, Food safety information of Malaysia (Fosim) by Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) was also a certificates that shall be obtain by the enterprenuers in order to ensure the quality of food and environment of the shop was reaching the clean and safety level to provided best service for their customer. Furthermore, if didnt obtain Fosim or staff didnt maintain self-tidy, the entrepreneurs shall imposed summon by KKM.

MBPG Business License, Signboard License & Fosim
