As a Software Consultant at Conzlab Berhad, you will be responsible for providing expert software solutions to clients, ensuring that they achieve business efficiency, regulatory compliance, and technological innovation. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable software solutions, and oversee successful implementations. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will oversee and execute projects related to business licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance. This includes:

1️⃣ Client Consultation & Needs Analysis

  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and technology requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions that align with industry standards.

2️⃣ Software Implementation & Customization

  • Lead software implementation projects, ensuring smooth integration with clients’ existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and vendors to deliver tailored software solutions.

3️⃣ Technical Support

  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to clients post-implementation.
  • Develop user manuals, FAQs, and documentation to assist clients in software usage.

4️⃣ Compliance & Best Practices Advisory

  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance and industry best practices related to software usage.
  • Ensure software solutions adhere to security and data protection regulations.

Must Have

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development, database management, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze business needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or business process automation software.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
  • Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant software certifications.
  • Experience in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
