As a Super Admin at Conzlab Berhad, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting multiple departments in optimizing workflow efficiency. You will act as the central point of contact for administrative functions, systems management, and process improvement while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will oversee and execute projects related to business licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance. This includes:
1️⃣ Administrative Systems Management
- Oversee and maintain administrative systems, databases, and internal documentation to ensure streamlined operations.
- Implement automation and process enhancements for increased efficiency in document management, approvals, and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
2️⃣ Office Operations and Coordina
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-equipped work environment.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication, meetings, and company-wide administrative activities.
- Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for key personnel when required.
3️⃣ Compliance and Policy Enforcement
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain proper record-keeping for all compliance-related documents and reports.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and regulatory authorities when required.
4️⃣ Process Optimization & Risk Management
- Identify potential compliance risks in business operations and recommend solutions.
- Develop internal workflows and best practices to streamline licensing processes.
- Utilize digital tools for efficient tracking, reporting, and documentation.
5️⃣ IT and Systems Support
- Assist in managing user accounts, system access, and troubleshooting administrative software issues.
- Work with IT teams to ensure smooth system functionality, data security, and accessibility for employees.
- Train employees on administrative tools and best practices to enhance their workflow.
