License / Permit / Service Description

  • Professional MBS Commercial Awning Permit (PAK) application and building compliance coordination services for commercial premises in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. We assist with reviewing the proposed awning location, dimensions, structural arrangement, property boundaries and permit eligibility, preparing supporting documentation, coordinating applications through MBS CLICK, and following up with the Building Control Department. Our service is suitable for shoplots, restaurants, cafés, offices, retail outlets, workshops, commercial buildings, industrial premises and other eligible properties requiring approval for awning installations. We help determine whether the proposed awning may qualify for the Commercial Awning Permit or requires a separate building plan approval process. We also provide administrative coordination with property owners, tenants, appointed architects, registered building draughtsmen and technical professionals where the proposed awning involves pillars, larger structures, building alterations or other conditions outside the standard PAK requirements. Approval and construction compliance remain subject to MBS and the responsible parties.
