重要规定

• Trainers must complete the 5-day TTT program and secure an active HRD Corp Accredited Trainer status to permanently qualify to lead claimable courses.
• Newly certified individuals are granted a strict 6-month pre-accreditation grace period to run courses before their status must be officially verified via a practical system assessment.
• Once full accreditation status is granted, the credential is valid for 3 years and requires accumulating a minimum of 360 training hours to clear subsequent renewals.
• Trainers must strictly adhere to the approved learning methodologies, schedules, and structural boundaries outlined in their registered training programs.
• All corporate training conducted under HRDcorp schemes must match the exact syllabus uploaded and approved within the official e-TRiS compliance portal.

违规罚款与处罚

• Trainers conducting HRDcorp training sessions without a valid TTT certification, or letting their 6-month grace period expire without clearing accreditation, will face immediate disqualification and blocklisting from all HRDcorp programs.
• Corporate employers attempting to claim funds for training led by an uncertified or unaccredited trainer will face a total rejection of the financial grant, resulting in bad debts for the training agency.
• Non-compliance with standard training guidelines, altering course delivery windows without authorization, or misrepresenting syllabus topics may lead to the immediate revocation of certification and permanent profile suspension.
• Submitting falsified participant attendance sheets or making fraudulent claims regarding trainer status will result in a direct referral to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) or law enforcement for prosecution under applicable penal codes.
